Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Maythorn & Co. Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information included.

Please note that during launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship throughout the United States. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Maythorn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
