Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days of purchase. During seasonal peaks or new launches, please allow a little extra time — good things are worth the wait.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You'll see your exact rate before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available)

International Shipping

We ship to 200+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from Maythorn & Co. If something isn't quite right, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened bath, body, or fragrance items for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

Product Care & Usage

Candle Care

  • First burn: Allow your candle to burn until the entire surface has melted to the edges (typically 2–3 hours). This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even, long-lasting burn.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent soot and ensure a clean, steady flame.
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always keep candles within sight.
  • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets. Place on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom.

Bath & Body Products

  • Bath soaks & salts: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture. Use a dry scoop to prevent clumping.
  • Body butters & balms: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve texture and fragrance. A little goes a long way — warm between your palms before applying.
  • Shelf life: Most products are best used within 12 months of opening. Check individual product labels for specific guidance.

Fragrance Care

  • Store fragrance products away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve scent integrity.
  • Keep lids and caps tightly closed when not in use.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping but we will in the future

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We are committed to kind, conscious crafting. Please refer to individual product pages for full ingredient lists.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
